Jennifer, a native of Pittsburgh, moved back in 2009, after a decade of travels & experiences abroad. Following two years at the University of Florida, she found her calling at the Florida School of Massage. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 1997.  Starting her career, Jennifer worked with chiropractors, in health clubs and day spas, however, she had a burning desire to travel. In 2000, she trained in England, prior to working on a cruise ship, traveling the Mediterranean & Caribbean. Upon return, San Diego was home for 6 wonderful years. Her journey to study massage in Thailand has been the most memorable experience thus far.  Italy is also a favorite. 

Jennifer's approach is a blend of modalities that caters to each clients needs, with a specialty in deeper work. Her free time is spent loving her bichon, enjoying live music, gardening, yoga, and finding balance in life!

Linda is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician who has been with Spa Jema since 2010. Prior, she has worked at The Spa @ The Nail Galleria in the William Penn Hotel for 6 years as a massage therapist, as well as a myriad of chiropractors and spas since she earned her massage degree in 2004. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point therapies, Neuromuscular Release, Orthopedic massage, Prenatal, hot stone, Kinesiotaping, and most recently, ACE massage cupping. She received her Esthetician License in 2016 and has been obsessed with our Eminence Organic Skincare line ever since.  She lives in the Southside with her boyfriend, their elementary school aged daughter and Austrailian Shepard. 

Allison Cahill, LMT has been a PA state licensed therapist from the board's inception and worked for Spa Jema since 2012. She has maintained her own massage business as a member of AMTA since 2002. Her foundation at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy was  Swedish Massage with advanced training in Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy. Throughout her practice she has expanded her skills to include: Reiki I, II, III; Aromatherapy, Prenatal Massage, Geriatric Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Japanese Facial Acupressure, and AST Stretching Therapy. 

She believes deeply in the profound benefits of massage to enhance one's health and well being while boosting your immune system and vitality to better stave off disease and reduce the chance of physical injury. Each session is unique and designed to provide her clients with specifically what their muscles require that day, whether it's a deep releasing pressure or gently soothing technique, she invites relaxation and healing and particularly enjoys introducing people to massage therapy and helping them feel comfortable. 

Massage therapy has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mother is a massage therapist, and growing up around massage therapy inspired me to pursue this work myself. Now, as a licensed massage therapist at Spa Jema, I offer a deeply intuitive and restorative experience tailored to each client’s individual needs.

My signature approach is a blend, a variety of techniques — including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, cupping, and lymphatic drainage. Every session is thoughtfully customized to support stress relief, postural alignment, athletic recovery, and overall wellness.

Brittany is a licensed massage therapist practicing since 2012.  Highly professional, she specializes in trigger point therapy and deep tissue, and has additional certification in prenatal and hot stone massage.  With experience at a number of day spas along with maintaining a private clientele, Brittany has the training & intuition to craft a uniquely healing experience for each individual client, blending the most effective techniques for a tailored session.

Since 2019, I have been dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through natural nail care. With a background in psychology and a lifelong passion for creativity, I found my calling in cosmetology—where I can blend artistry with self-care. As a nail technician at Spa Jema, I specialize in natural nail services, offering long-lasting Dazzle Dry and gel polish, as well as builder gel overlays. I take pride in educating my clients on nail health, helping them grow and maintain strong, beautiful nails without the harsh chemicals found in traditional salons. My clients often tell me my manicures and pedicures last longer than expected and that my attention to detail creates the best nail experience they’ve ever had.
