
Spa Ettiquette & Policies

​Reservations & Cancellations: All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
All spa treatments and services require an appointment. which can be done online, or by phone. We require a credit card to reserve all services. Payment for treatments can be made by cash, credit card, gift card, or other accepted method.
​Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will be accepted without any fee. After 24 hours a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. Same day cancellations and no shows are charged full price of scheduled service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstance.
Returns: Store Products within 7 days may be returned for store credit/exchange.​​

​Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for a specific period and cannot be redeemed for cash. And are not refundable. Tips are not accepted on gift cards.
- Gratuity: Our team of spa professionals works hard to provide you with the best spa experience. Gratuity's of 15-20% are the standard in the industry. We have envelopes at the desk for cash, you can also do tips on the card. (for now) and we are adding venmo QR's
​Treatment Policies: Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, with no refund or credit provided.
​Medical Conditions:

Clients will disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their treatment. Clients with medical conditions or those who are pregnant should consult with their doctor before booking any treatments.

Discomfort: Clients should inform the therapist immediately if they experience any discomfort during treatment.

Liability: The spa is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during treatments, unless due to negligence.​

Age Restrictions: You must be over 18 years old to have treatments at the spa, unless accompanied by an adult. Customers aged 16-17 may have treatments, but a parent or guardian must always be present. ​​​​​​​​

Children: Guests under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Mobile Phones: Please turn off or silence mobile phones upon entering the spa area.
- ​​​​Quiet Environment: Please keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment. Talk softly, and respect the privacy & serenity of the other guests.​
